2. Services Provided
CloserXpert provides an AI-powered call agent for inbound and outbound calls, lead management tools, appointment scheduling, marketing automation, and reporting analytics. The services are offered as a subscription-based model with various pricing tiers and feature sets.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
All services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as per the selected plan. Payment is due upfront before service activation. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. By subscribing, you authorize CloserXpert to charge the provided payment method for recurring fees. The subscription fee is $97 per month, which includes access to the AI call agent and CRM tools (usually valued at $497 per month).
4. Minutes Usage & Additional Costs
Usage is billed at $0.10 per minute for AI-handled calls. The minimum purchase for additional minutes is $99 per transaction. On the first purchase, customers receive 200 free minutes as a one-time bonus. Users are required to purchase and maintain their own Twilio account for call handling and telephony services.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to CloserXpert are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused features, or service cancellations before the end of the billing period. Chargebacks or disputes against payments may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.CloserXpert reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use CloserXpert’s services lawfully and ethically.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must ensure that your use of the AI call agent complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to data privacy regulations and telemarketing laws.
You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining a Twilio account for phone number setup and call processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
CloserXpert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
We do not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes from using our services.
In no event shall CloserXpert’s liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last subscription period.
9. Service Modifications & Updates
CloserXpert reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
We may update features, pricing, or terms periodically, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
10. Privacy Policy
By using CloserXpert, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the user resides or operates, unless otherwise specified.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon international arbitration venue.
Users agree to waive any right to class action lawsuits and to resolve disputes on an individual basis
